Bizen ware jar 17th century (Dealer: misakadou) – Japanese high-fired Bizen stoneware jar with impressive unglazed reddish texture. Momoyama – Early Edo period, 17th century. Simple and modest jar, but quite a wild presence as itself. In fine antique condition as is, with expected “scenic” inborn kiln-flaws as seen. (Such cracks at the bottom is restored.)

approx. H 27.5cm (10.82in), D 24cm (9.44in)
