BORO – Textile cotton rug with rough sashiko quilting (Dealer: Sezuan antiques & art) – Randomly designed with such various types of aged kimono textiles with splashed patterns as ‘kasuri’ like a leopard design, very fine patterns as ‘komon’, and etc. as is.
Materials from the late Edo period in 19th century, and patched in the later years like Showa period in 20th century. In fine condition which seems to be not used so much since patched, though some aged damages at each fragment piece as seen.
