EBOSHI (Dealer: titcoRet) – Traditional men’s Shinto cap since Heian period (794-1185) to today, called ‘Eboshi’, specifically for use of governmental official for Imperial household or performers of ‘Gagaku’ (Japanese court music).
Showa period, pre-1950s. Dead stock condition, though some aged deterioration as seen. Folding condition – approx. 20 x 30cm (7.87 x 11.81in)
