LARGE NESTING BOXES (Dealer: kikue) – Lovely and profound set of large three nested paper-mache boxes in such aesthetic design and withered coloring reminded of ‘Obangsaek’ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obangsaek) as originally. Early-Mid 20th century, Korea. Nice unified inner pattern as well. More powerful appearance when piled up. Some expected damage due to aging as seen, but but still solid as is.
