SUISEKI, BLACK KAMUY-KOTAN STONE (Dealer: hotoke) – Spontaneous black landscapelly object of ‘Kamuy kotan seki’ from the canyon called ‘Kamuy-kotan’ (‘Whereabouts of God’ in the Ainu language) in the western part of Asahikawa city in Hokkaido, Japan, as a refined massive piece of Art of Japanese ‘Suiseki’. Unique abstractive blackness as the god (‘Kamuy’=’Kami’) with no processing by human hands. Once named as ‘Bizan’ (Gently‐sloping mountain like a form of smooth eyebrow) by the ex owner, and exhibited in a certain suiseki shows in Japan. Attached with a wooden stand carved for such natural form of the bottom for its stability. Total with stand: approx. 22 x 11cm (8.66 x 4.33in), H 10cm (3.93in)
