汗はじき / ASEHAJIKI (Dealer: titcoRet) – Traditional Japanese folk kimono-undershirts made of koyori (string made from twisted recycled paper) called ‘Asehajiki’ (lit. Repelling sweat), in unused condition coming from Tohoku region (as a scarce dead stock in early 20th century or could be made as a folk clothing resource in the later years), approx. L 71 x W 47cm (27.95 x 18.50in). Such a refined design of kikko (hexagonal tortoiseshell pattern).
