BEEHIVE STONE (Dealer: Jinta) – Ancient stone tool with some hollows caused by rotary frictions called ‘Hachinosu-ishi’ (Beehive stone) used as chimney starter in the Jomon period (c.14000-300BCE), Japan. Because of the burn at backside, it seems to be always by the fire as an important tool at that time. Feel the history of such an ultimate human’s tool.
