BOJAGI (Dealer: kikue) – Traditional folk Korean patchwork hemp textile made from scrap fabrics (as white cloth with beige and brown patch pieces) called Bojagi (Pojagi), mid-late 20th century, approx. 108 x 108cm (42.51 x 42.51in), embodies the lifestyle and the story of the people who take good care of their possessions. The more detailed parts, the more valued, like this piece. Stiff material, and would be more beautiful to shine light through. Some expected slight frays and discoloration due to aging, but in such beautiful vintage condition as is as seen.
