BLACK LACQUERED LARGE TRAY WITH GOLD AND SILVER TURNIP DESIGN (Dealer: antiques.iwata) – Based on black lacquer, drawn such gorgeous turnip with gold and silver that has various expression of texture by each different angle with light, as a lavish high-end lacquerware of Edo period (1603-1868). D 35.8 x H 3.5cm (14.09 x 1.37in). In very fine antique condition as seen compared to the similar pieces from the similar age, though with some sign of use at the edge due to aging as is.
