BOJAGI (Dealer: kikue) – Traditional folk Korean patchwork hemp textile made from scrap fabrics called Pojagi (Bojagi), early 20th century, approx. 107 x 106cm (42.12 x 41.73in). Similar like ‘Boro’ in Japan or like ‘Quilts of Gee’s Bend’ in the Us or so as structurally and culturely, but Pojagi (Bojagi) is the simplest and the most elegant folk textile as personally. Some expected slight frays and discoloration due to aging, but in beautiful vintage condition as is as seen.
