WOODEN CANDY MOLD AND HOW-TO BOOK ON SWEETS (Dealer: titcoRet) – Set of wooden mold for making rakugan (hard candy) from Showa period, mid 20th century, and illustrated book for how to make various types of sweets from Taisho 2 as 1913. The mold had been actually used at that time. The book is written well-detailed contents including the guide for use of materials or retail price, etc. 30 pages with illustrations, 54 pages with only texts, and rest of many blank pages (and one removed page in inside). Mold: 31 x 5.5 x 1.5cm (12.20 x 2.16 x 0.59in), Book: 16.5 x 12 x 2.5cm (6.49 x 4.72 x 0.98in). Wormholes at mold. Some creases at some pages and rips at one page.
