LUXURIOUS SEWING BOX (Dealer: titcoRet) – A finely crafted deep-black lacquered wooden sewing box with a refined gloss, typical of Japan’s Meiji to Taisho period (late 19th–early 20th century), prized as part of a bride’s trousseau. Approx. 30.5 × 27.4 × 38.5 cm (12 × 10.8 × 15.2 in). Minor warping on the top panel, small chips and wear to the interior boxes, and some flaking of the lacquer consistent with age and use.
