FUSUMA-E (Dealer: hotoke) – Refinedly contrastive landscapes of ‘wabi-sabi’ (evanescence) and ‘miyabi’ (luxuriance) in the one (but identical in essence), as a pair of ‘fusuma-e’ sliding paper doors with abstract monochrome ink painting (unfinished?) and colorful painting on gold leaf with wooden frame of ‘kigumi’ wood joinery with no use of nails or glue. Hidden Japanized art pieces with the signs of unidentified painter(s) used at tea ceremony room possibly for its size, 19th century.
