GNARL AND STONE TOOL (Dealer: hotoke) – Combination of natural gnarl okimono with an antenna and Jomon-period’s (c. 14,000–300 BCE) stone implement called ‘Kubomi-ishi’ (lit. ‘Hollow-stone’) excavated from a certain ruins in northern Kanto region, Japan. Kubomi-ishi have two shallow hollows on the upper part and one shallow hollow at almost in the center of backside of fist-sized elliptic gravel, and was used for crashing walnut according to its leading theory of today.
