IRON TORII (Dealer: titcoRet) – Two pieces of weathered and rusty dedicatory iron ‘torii’ (gateway at the entrance to a Shinto shrine) as ‘kekkai’ (shrine-boundary between the inner sanctum for the god (kami) and the outer place for the people), Showa period, early 20th century, Japan. (*The stones in the picture are not attached with torii.)
