KUKURIZARU 02 (Dealer: hotoke) – Unsual type of lovely red cotton textile talisman doll called ‘Kukurizaru’ (lit. “Hanging Monkey” / or also called ‘Migawarizaru’ ) in the Japanized folk belief of ‘Koshin’ based on Chinese Taoism as “Monkey of Substitution”, tied up its arms and legs together and hung on the house frontages in the particular area of Kyoto-Nara region to get disasters in place of the local resident.
