MARSHLAND AFTER A RAIN (Dealer: hotoke) – Old Japanese oil painting on canvas, with the painter’s signature of Mitsui Shigeo (?-1962) and the title of ‘*Sengokuhara after a rain’, attached with such well-matched original vintage frame made of wood and velvet. Early-mid 20th century. Frame: 62.3 x 54.8 x 6 cm (24.52 x 21.57 x 2.36 in). No glass/acrylic plate as original condition.
