ISHIZARA AND SURIISHI (Dealer: Jinta) – Small deformed ‘Ishizara’ (Metate) and ‘Suriishi’ (Mill stone) as ancient stone implements of Japan’s Jomon period excavated from Nomura ruins in Annaka city, Gunma prefecture. Rare pieces as portable type used to grind herbs or grains. Brilliant sculpted objects made by human and nature.
