CENTIPEDE KITE (Dealer: titcoRet) – Magnificent and dynamic consecutive kite called ‘Mukade-dako’ (lit. ‘Centipede-kite’) with one face and ten bodies made of bamboo and paper, as a traditional folk craft in Takamatsu in Kagawa Prefecture, Shikoku region, Japan, Showa period, 20th century, Face: approx. 25 x 26cm (9.84 x 10.23in) / Longest body length: approx. 190cm (74.80in). Repaired and some stains as is.
