POCKET BUDDHA (Dealer: titcoRet) – Japanese wood carving pocket-buddha with metal halo named ‘Kanzeon’ (Avalokitesvara) as portable Buddhist amulet called ‘Kaichu-Butsu’, Edo period, approx. L 8cm (3.14in). Lack of both arms, lacquer-restoration, and slight crack at the bottom as is.
