SEALED TALISMAN (Dealer: titcoRet) – Japanese Edo-period talisman preserved within a wooden case bound with wooden pegs. Recently opened, the original contents remain intact: multiple fire-prevention paper amulets from Furumine Shrine (Furumine Jinja), Tochigi Prefecture, left untouched inside. The box lid features motifs of the sun, moon, and sword, symbolizing divine protection and the power to ward off fire disasters. Approx. 30.4 × 10.7 × 4.3 cm (11.9 × 4.2 × 1.7 in). Age-related deterioration, surface wear, and transferable grime when handled.
