POJAGI IN COLOR (Dealer: kikue) – Traditional Korean patchwork textile made of silk and cotton, known as pojagi (or bojagi). Early 20th century. Approx. 77.5 × 78 cm (30.5 × 30.7 in). Constructed with two layers of fabric, giving it a sturdy feel despite minor fraying, discoloration, and stains consistent with age. Decorated with charming, naïve embroidery motifs—mountains, plants, fish, the sun, and gourds—while the silk ground features a subtle woven botanical pattern.
