LARGE SOBAN TRAY (Dealer: kikue) – Originally a dodecagonal upper plate of a large-type ‘soban’ (traditional Korean wooden table for single person) used in the southeastern part of Korea, in the Gyeongsang-do region, actually applied to a tray in the later years when its legs are damaged. Early 20th century. approx. D 42 x H 1.9 cm (16.53 x 0.74in). Some expected scratches and chips due to aging as is. But solid make. *The last photo is the reference image of original soban with the legs.
