TOMOE SHRINE CREST (Dealer: Jinta) – Metal ‘Shinmon’ (Shrine crest) attached on well-used wooden board, which is called ‘Hidari Mitsudomoe’ (Left threefold tomoe) as a type of traditional ‘Tomoe-mon’ (Comma-like swirl crest) widely used in Shinto shrines and as a family emblem. Probably originally used for the dedication or as a part of building material of shrine. Early Showa period, early 20th century, Japan.
