WOOD MADE OF WOOD (Dealer: titcoRet) – Single Chinese character of ‘Ki’ (also ‘Boku’, ‘Moku’, ‘Ko’) which means “wood” once used as a fragment of shop’s wooden signboard in dynamically vivid calligraphy font style. Showa period, 20th century, Japan. Some cracks and paint-peelings as is. Basically its dish stand is not attached with this piece. approx. 44 x 35 x 2.5cm (17.32 x 13.77 x 0.98in)
