WOODEN WEIGHTS FOR RICE BAG WEAVING (Dealer: kikue) – Relatively light weight type, unusually branded with the auspicious single kanji letters of “tortoise” and “crane”. Early 20th century, Korea. approx. 10-12.5 x 4-4.5cm (3.93-4.92 x 1.57-1.77in). Its string would be attached by the former owner in the later years. Some signs of actual use as is as seen.
